<image:title>Home - Helping You Thrive in Motherhood, Work and Life - Without Losing Yourself</image:title>
<image:caption>You don’t need to choose between being a present, loving mother and feeling fulfilled in your own life, work, and sense of self. But you also don’t need to pretend it’s easy. Modern motherhood asks a lot of us - often far more than the support we have. At Mothers Who Thrive, I support women like you to reconnect with who you are, what you want, and how you want to live - in a way that feels empowering, sustainable and grounded in the reality of modern motherhood. Whether you’re returning to work, growing a business, or taking your next step in your career, this is about creating a version of success that supports your life as a mother, not competes with it. Motherhood looks different for everyone - and every version deserves support, compassion and space to thrive. You’re not overwhelmed because you’re doing anything wrong. Mothers today juggle more with less support - it’s no wonder so many feel stretched thin. Thriving simply means having what matters most, without sacrificing yourself along the way.</image:caption>

<image:title>Home - Why Mothers Who Thrive</image:title>
<image:caption>There’s no one-size-fits-all version of thriving. Every mother’s experience is unique, and every mother deserves to feel supported, heard and whole - especially in a culture that wasn’t designed with mothers in mind. As an ICF Certified Coach (NLP and Somatic trained) and a mother of two, I bring a grounded, compassionate approach that honours both the inner shifts and the external pressures that come with motherhood - from identity changes to the invisible load. Through my work with organisations via ParentWorks, I also support working parents and their leaders - bridging the personal and professional challenges mothers face, and helping workplaces understand what parents truly need to thrive.</image:caption>

<image:title>About - I’m Rebecca Lloyd. Coach, Mother, and the person in your corner when you’re carrying more than ever.</image:title>
<image:caption>I believe that motherhood, in all its forms, can be a powerful catalyst for growth. Not something that holds you back, but something that reshapes you - inviting you to understand yourself in a whole new way. I also know how hard it can be to feel like you again. To hear your own voice above the noise, expectations and mental load that modern motherhood brings. To feel confident in the choices you’re making - in life, in work, and in who you’re becoming. That’s why I created Mothers Who Thrive - to support women navigating the complex, beautiful and sometimes overwhelming experience of motherhood. Because mothers today are juggling more with less support, and it’s no wonder so many feel stretched thin. My work is about helping you build a life and career that truly work for you - without losing yourself in the process. My Credentials Associate Certified Coach, International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified NLP Somatic Coach, Academy of Leadership Coaching & NLP (ICF ACTP) Certified Life Coach, Beautiful You Coaching Academy (ICF ACC)</image:caption>

<image:title>About - My Story</image:title>
<image:caption>Before I became a coach, I spent years in the corporate world trying to balance ambition with burnout, success with stress, until a health scare prompted me to stop and re-evaluate. I realised I’d been living on autopilot, always striving, rarely checking in with what I actually wanted. That experience became the turning point that led me to train as a certified life coach - first supporting women through burnout and career transitions, and later supporting mothers like me who were trying to honour both their ambition and their wellbeing. Since becoming a mum myself, everything deepened. I saw first-hand how motherhood shifts your identity, priorities and relationship to work and self. How capable, ambitious women can suddenly feel pulled in every direction - expected to be everything to everyone with very little support. It made me even more passionate about helping mothers reclaim space for themselves - for their goals, confidence, energy and joy. My Approach I’m a certified coach trained in NLP and somatic practices, which means I work with both mind and body to support deep, lasting change. My coaching is calm, supportive and flexible - no judgement, no pressure - just a safe space for you to think clearly, feel fully, and take meaningful steps towards what matters to you. I honour the emotional shifts of motherhood as much as the practical pressures, helping you find clarity and confidence within the reality of your life today.</image:caption>

<image:caption>I also work with organisations through ParentWorks, my professional coaching platform for supporting working parents and their leaders. So when I say I understand the challenges mothers face at work and at home, I really mean it. Whether you’re seeking personal coaching through Mothers Who Thrive, or you’ve found me while researching support for working parents, I’m so glad you’re here. Let’s Talk I welcome mothers from all backgrounds, family structures, and life experiences - this is a space where every story belongs. <image:title>Life Coaching - This Is For You If…</image:title>
<image:caption>You’ve ever found yourself thinking: I don’t quite recognise myself anymore. I love my children, but I miss parts of me. I feel stretched, stuck or overwhelmed, and I don’t know where to begin. I want to feel more balanced, more fulfilled - more me again. I’m navigating work, motherhood and everything in between, and I want more support. What We Work On Together No two journeys are the same, but here are some of the things I support mothers with: Reconnecting with your identity and values beyond motherhood Managing the mental and emotional load in a world that wasn’t built with mothers in mind Building confidence and self-trust Making space for what brings you joy, purpose and energy Navigating relationships and boundaries with more ease Creating balance that feels sustainable and aligned with your real life Gaining clarity on your next steps - in life, work, or motherhood</image:caption>

<image:title>Life Coaching - How It Works</image:title>
<image:caption>We’ll work together over six or twelve personalised coaching sessions - a pace that allows space for meaningful change, with flexibility built in. Sessions are held online and tailored entirely to your needs. My approach blends gentle reflection with practical action. I use a mix of somatic coaching, NLP techniques and powerful questioning to help you tune into what matters - and move towards it, one step at a time. And if your career comes into the conversation, that’s welcome too. Life and work are deeply connected, especially in motherhood, and you deserve support across all of it. We’ll follow what feels most important for you.</image:caption>

<image:caption>You might be: Preparing to return to work after maternity leave - and unsure how to feel confident again Feeling disconnected from your old role, wondering what’s next Struggling to balance work with family life (and questioning if it’s sustainable) Ready to make a career change - but unsure how or where to start Ambitious and driven, but hesitant to name what you really want Wanting to take the next step in your career or grow your business - but unsure how to make it work alongside family life You’re ambitious and capable - but the support around you hasn’t always matched the ambition within you. What We Work On Together This is about building a career that supports your life - not the other way around. Together, we can explore: Rebuilding confidence and clarity after a career break - especially when returning to work comes with invisible pressures and practical challenges Planning your return to work in a way that feels empowering Exploring new directions or goals that feel aligned with who you are now Building confidence and strategy to progress in your current career or business Creating practical plans for growth that align with your values, family, and wellbeing Strengthening your voice, boundaries, and self-belief at work Redefining success on your own terms Designing a career path that honours your capacity and values - not the unrealistic expectations placed on mothers.</image:caption>

Career decisions don’t happen in a vacuum for mothers - they happen alongside sleepless nights, childcare logistics, and the mental load. <image:title>The Mother-Founder Method - For the mother who knows she’s meant for more, but needs the right inner ground to grow on</image:title>
<image:caption>If you’re building a business alongside motherhood, you’ll already know this truth. The strategy is not the hard part. The hard part is everything that happens inside you. The wobble in confidence. The shifting identity. The feeling that you’re supposed to know what to do but you don’t quite trust yourself yet. The pressure to do it all perfectly. The stop-start cycle of fear and comparison. The quiet question of whether you’re really capable. And the loud reality of doing all of this while raising children. This method changes that. Inside out.</image:caption>

<image:title>The Mother-Founder Method - Why this work matters</image:title>
<image:caption>Most business support jumps straight to the outer work. Content plans. Client attraction. Marketing formulas. But for mothers, none of that sticks without inner grounding. You need clarity about who you are now. You need emotional capacity. You need identity-level confidence. You need steadiness in your nervous system. You need purpose behind your decisions. You need belief in your voice and your path. Because once you have those things, the outer work becomes easier, lighter and far more aligned. I learned this the long way round. You don’t have to.</image:caption>
</image:image>
<image:image>
<image:loc>https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/60e4788fc9c24b1396e2618e/db0bda6e-689f-4573-9898-69b8554efa43/Rebecca-Hoole-July-24-brand-shoot-stories-by-chloe-brand-photography-uk-85.jpg</image:loc>
<image:title>The Mother-Founder Method - My story and why I created this</image:title>
<image:caption>When I first became a coach, I did what so many new business owners do. I invested in the programmes. I took the courses. I followed the strategies that promised clarity and momentum. I was committed to becoming a great coach, and I poured myself into developing my craft. At the same time, I tried to make sense of the marketing advice I was learning, hoping it would help me grow in the way I wanted. Some of it was brilliant, but none of it landed in the way I expected. It wasn’t that the strategies were wrong. It was that I didn’t yet have the inner foundation to actually use them. My confidence wasn’t there. My inner world didn’t match the external business I was trying to build. And then my identity shifted again when I became a mother. The deeper parts of who I was changed, but I hadn’t fully caught up with myself. I no longer recognised the version of me who had started this journey, and I didn’t fully trust my voice yet. So even though I was becoming a stronger coach, the outer work still didn’t stick. I hadn’t yet done the inner work that would allow me to show up with clarity, confidence and a sense of grounded purpose. When I eventually slowed down, reconnected with myself and rebuilt my confidence, everything changed. The fog lifted. My creativity returned. My business began to grow in a way that felt steady, meaningful and aligned with who I had become. This inner work was the turning point for me. It is the work that changed everything. And it is the work I now offer to mothers who feel the same pull towards something meaningful, but need the right inner foundation to bring it to life. I genuinely believe that when you understand yourself deeply and show up in a way that is honest, grounded and true to who you are, your work grows in a way that feels good, sustainable and aligned.</image:caption>

<image:title>The Mother-Founder Method - A different kind of success</image:title>
<image:caption>You won’t find ‘six figures in six weeks’ promises here. You won’t find pressure to scale faster than your life can hold. And you won’t find a coach who measures success by follower counts or how loud something looks online. My work is grounded in something far more sustainable. I have built a steady, meaningful coaching business that supports my family, aligns with my values and grows at a pace that honours both my ambition and my motherhood. That is the kind of success I care about, and it is the kind of success this method is designed to support. In my early years of coaching, I made a deliberate choice. Instead of rushing to position myself as an online expert, I focused on becoming an exceptional coach. I deepened my training, strengthened my skills and committed to my craft, rather than the performance of expertise. The marketing came later, and in a way that felt authentic to who I am. One example of this is my email list. I don’t have a huge social media following, and that has never been my measure of success. I chose to build my email list slowly and intentionally, and it is now where most of my energy goes. The people there are engaged and genuinely interested in my work, and I have exceptionally high open rates because of that connection. Showing up daily on social media at the level required to grow quickly has never felt aligned for me, and that’s okay because I want to spend most of my time coaching. I know this approach works brilliantly for many people, and I genuinely admire the creativity and consistency it takes - it’s just not the model I’ve chosen for my business so far. This is simply an example of what aligned, sustainable growth can look like when you truly understand yourself on a deeper level. And that is the heart of this method. Before you decide how or where you want to grow your business, you need to understand who you are as a mother, a founder and a whole person. When that inner clarity and confidence is in place, you naturally find the rhythm, expression and visibility style that suit your personality and your life. Everything becomes easier, more grounded and more aligned.</image:caption>
