I’m Rebecca Lloyd,
Coach, Mother, and Your Supporter-in-Your-Corner
I believe that motherhood can be a powerful catalyst for change – not something that holds you back, but something that invites you to grow in a whole new way.
I also know how hard it can be to feel like you again. To hear your own voice above the noise. To feel confident about the choices you’re making – in life, in work, in who you’re becoming.
That’s why I created Mothers Who Thrive: to support women navigating the complex, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming journey of motherhood – and to help you build a life and career that truly work for you.
My Credentials
Associate Certified Coach, International Coaching Federation
Certified NLP Somatic Coach, Academy of Leadership Coaching & NLP (ACTP)
Certified Life Coach, Beautiful You Coaching Academy
My Story
Before I became a coach, I spent years in the corporate world – balancing ambition with burnout, success with stress, until a health scare forced me to stop and re-evaluate. I realised I’d been living on autopilot, always striving, rarely checking in with what I actually wanted.
That was the turning point that led me to train as a certified life coach – first supporting women through burnout and career transitions, and later, supporting mothers like me.
Since becoming a mum myself, everything deepened. I saw first-hand how motherhood changes your identity, priorities, and relationship to work and self. It made me even more passionate about helping mothers reclaim space for themselves – their goals, their confidence, their joy.
My Approach
I’m a certified coach trained in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and somatic practices, which means I work with both mind and body to support deep, lasting change.
My coaching is calm, supportive, and flexible – no judgement, no pressure. Just a safe space for you to think clearly, feel fully, and take meaningful steps towards what matters to you.
And Beyond This Space…
I also work with organisations through ParentWorks, my professional coaching platform for supporting working parents and their leaders. So when I say I understand the challenges mothers face at work and at home – I really mean it.
Whether you’re seeking personal coaching through Mothers Who Thrive, or you’re here researching me professionally – I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
