Helping You Thrive in Motherhood, Work and Life - Without Losing Yourself
You don’t need to choose between being a present, loving mother and feeling fulfilled in your own life, work, and sense of self. But you also don’t need to pretend it’s easy. Modern motherhood asks a lot of us - often far more than the support we have.
At Mothers Who Thrive, I support women like you to reconnect with who you are, what you want, and how you want to live - in a way that feels empowering, sustainable and grounded in the reality of modern motherhood.
Whether you’re returning to work, growing a business, or taking your next step in your career, this is about creating a version of success that supports your life as a mother, not competes with it.
Motherhood looks different for everyone - and every version deserves support, compassion and space to thrive.
You’re not overwhelmed because you’re doing anything wrong. Mothers today juggle more with less support - it’s no wonder so many feel stretched thin.
Thriving simply means having what matters most, without sacrificing yourself along the way.
Coaching Pathways for Mothers
-

Life Coaching for Mothers
Supporting you to reconnect with yourself, rediscover joy and feel more grounded in this chapter of motherhood - with a coach who understands both the emotional shifts and the everyday pressures you’re navigating.
-

Career Coaching for Mothers
Helping you return to work with confidence, explore career transitions or build a professional life that works for you and your family – in a world where mothers are still expected to do more with less support.
This might mean redefining what fulfilment looks like, taking your next step in leadership or building momentum in a business you love - while protecting your wellbeing and creating boundaries that allow both you and your family to thrive.
Why Mothers Who Thrive
There’s no one-size-fits-all version of thriving. Every mother’s experience is unique, and every mother deserves to feel supported, heard and whole - especially in a culture that wasn’t designed with mothers in mind.
As an ICF Certified Coach (NLP and Somatic trained) and a mother of two, I bring a grounded, compassionate approach that honours both the inner shifts and the external pressures that come with motherhood - from identity changes to the invisible load.
Through my work with organisations via ParentWorks, I also support working parents and their leaders - bridging the personal and professional challenges mothers face, and helping workplaces understand what parents truly need to thrive.
